Who We Are?
/Andréa Mattioli Rodrigues
Born in Brazil, she has lived in Buenos Aires since 1981. Teacher and architect, she has worked in education for 35 years. She taught Language and Literature, Spanish as a Second Language, and Portuguese as a Foreign Language in a diverse community of students who immigrated to Argentina from all over the world.
She has participated in the development and analytical analysis of curricula for language teaching. She designed a program for learning Portuguese at Asociación Escuelas Lincoln, the international school in Buenos Aires.
She is the co-author of two books: Pé na Strada. Português como língua estrangeira, Níveis A1 e A2, and Contextos. Enseñanza del español.
She is a partner at IntegraLanguages, where she directs and coordinates language courses for foreigners.
/Carina Santana
Born in Brazil, living in Buenos Aires since 2006. She teaches Portuguese as a Foreign Language. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychopedagogy (Mackenzie, SP) and a master’s degree in Art Criticism and Communication from the National University of the Arts (UNA, BsAs).
She has worked in various trilingual schools such as Belgrano Day School, San Andrés, and Northfield.
She also works with adults in person and online. She is the co-author of the book Pé na estrada. Português como língua estrangeira, níveis A1 e A2.
